Engaged by a Global broker dealer to establish a new US broker dealer for its new global prime brokerage business.
- Established the new US broker dealer
- Coordinated the clearing and settlement approvals in the US for DTCC, ID, FICC, MBSCC, CNS and OCC
- Coordinated the testing of all US clearing organizations between the Industry and the vendor platform
- Helped set up the vendor application to manage all requirements including the additional global markets settlements
- Established process and procedure for automated ID matching, margin, repo, stock loan and fully paid lending
