Create appropriate project deliverables and secure acceptance of the project deliverables

Work with the project sponsor and subject matter experts to compile high level sizing for a project, including resourcing estimates

Execute the project according to the agreed Statement of Work and the Project Plan

Facilitate and plan project activities including, but not limited to, project estimation/scope, risk and change management, development requirements, testing, and ultimate conversion to final production migration and closing activities

Maintain and/or provide Project Plan updates and communication, including status reporting, and notification and escalation of issues

Manage project team members

Provide methodology guidance and templates for the project

Accountable for driving project to completion
