Responsibilities:
This senior level position will be tasked with coming into the organization and Spearheading new development and expansion of in-house corporate action system.
Responsible for in-house Corporate Action production team to ensure compliance to industry guidelines.
Be main point of contact and provide Subject Matter Expert guidance when necessary with respect to Corporate Action processing workflows on firm key initiatives and projects.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective Corporate Action processes, as needed and in partnership with other support areas (including but not limited to automation, simplification, system testing) to meet challenges.
Resolve issues and provide updates pertaining to outstanding items for management oversight as it pertains to Corporate Actions, Aged suspense items, Aged Fails, Aged Payables/Receivables and Other Operational items.
Provide account monitoring and validation. Identify issues causing operational breaks and work with stakeholders on corrective actions.
